Clinical Instructor

The Clinical Instructor is responsible for guiding and mentoring nursing and medical assistant staff, ensuring they acquire the clinical knowledge, skills and professionalism required to deliver safe and high-quality patient care. She/he plans, conducts and evaluates training sessions, bedside teaching and competency assessments in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards. The Clinical Instructor monitors staff performance, provides constructive feedback and supports continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board with valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
  • Relevant clinical experience, teaching or preceptorship experience is an advantage

Registered Nurse/ Medical Assistant

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in accordance with the hospital’s standards of safety and excellence. She/he provides professional support to medical teams during procedures, monitors patients’ conditions and ensures timely escalation of any clinical changes. The Staff Nurse maintains accurate clinical documentation, upholds strict infection control and equipment management practices and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless operations, enhance patient experience and support continuous quality improvement while performing shift duties as required.

  • Possess valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), where applicable
  • Post-basic certification or relevant working experience is an added advantage

Patient Care Assistant

The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) is responsible for supporting nursing and medical teams in delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred care. She/he assists patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, feeding and comfort needs, while ensuring dignity and respect at all times. The PCA monitors patients’ conditions, reports changes promptly to the nursing team and helps maintain a clean, safe and organized patient environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or relevant healthcare-related certification
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage
  • Willing to work on shifts
  • Physically fit and able to assist patients with daily activities

Patient Business Office Assistant

The PBO Assistant is responsible for delivering efficient and courteous front-line administrative services to patients. She/he manages patient registration, billing, insurance verification and appointment coordination while ensuring accuracy of records and compliance with hospital policies. The PBO Assistant plays a key role in enhancing patient experience through clear communication, timely service and effective coordination with clinical and support teams while performing shift duties as required.

Requirements
• SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
• Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service is an added advantage
• Familiar with billing, insurance and patient registration processes

Sonographer

The Sonographer is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. She/he ensures accurate image acquisition, proper patient preparation and timely reporting while maintaining equipment functionality and infection control practices. The Sonographer collaborates closely with radiologists and clinical teams to support accurate diagnosis and patient-centred care.

Radiographer

The Radiographer is responsible for providing accurate and safe diagnostic imaging services in accordance with hospital protocols and radiation safety standards. She/he operates imaging equipment, ensures proper patient positioning and maintains high-quality imaging outcomes while adhering to infection control and equipment management practices. The Radiographer works collaboratively with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support timely diagnosis and quality patient care while performing on-call duties as required.

Dietitian

The Dietitian is responsible for providing evidence-based nutritional assessment, counselling and diet planning to support patient recovery and overall health. She/he collaborates with medical and nursing teams to develop individualized nutrition care plans, monitors patient progress and promotes healthy dietary practices. The Dietitian also supports nutrition education initiatives and quality improvement activities while performing duties as required.

• Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
• Registered with the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association or relevant professional body

Storekeeper

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage and issuance of medical and non-medical supplies in accordance with hospital policies and inventory control standards. He is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage conditions and supporting timely replenishment to ensure smooth hospital operations. The Storekeeper works closely with clinical and support departments, maintains inventory documentation and upholds safety, hygiene and quality standards.

• Prior experience in storekeeping, logistics or inventory management is an added advantage
