Description

1. This promotion is valid from 1^st to 30^th September 2026.
2. This promotion is open exclusively for Malaysian, MM2H holders and PR holders.
3. Each package is valid for two participants (any gender combination). Both individuals must complete their session on the same day.
4. Single-person bookings are not eligible for this promotion.
5. To enjoy this promotion, appointments must be completed before 31^st  December 2026. 
6. The wellness screening packages are available only to individuals who are independently mobile.
7. Available only to individuals aged 18 years and above. Northern Heart Hospital reserves the right to request proof of age or identification upon registration.
8. Appointments for the wellness screening packages must be made at least two (2) business days in advance and are subject to availability.
9. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, insurance, or corporate guarantee letters.
10. Participants are required to follow all pre-screening instructions provided, including fasting requirements, medication guidelines, and X-ray precautions.
11. The results of the wellness screening packages will be reviewed and reported by a consultant cardiologist appointed by Northern Heart Hospital Penang.
12. Purchases are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
13. Additional charges may apply for any services, medications, or treatments not included in the wellness screening packages.
14. Northern Heart Hospital Penang shall not be held liable for any missed appointments or incomplete screenings due to non-compliance with preparation guidelines.
15. Northern Heart Hospital Penang may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, cancel the promotion, amend operating hours, package details, or terms and conditions due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
16. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Northern Heart Hospital Penang shall be final and binding.
