Description

1. This voucher is available for purchase on 19^th September 2026 only, limited to the first 100 purchases, and is open to all.
2. This voucher is valid for one (1) CT Coronary Calcium Score screening only and may be utilised from 21^st September to 30^th November 2026.
3. The CT Coronary Calcium Score result will be reviewed by a Medical Officer (MO).
4. Appointments must be made at least two (2) business days in advance and are subject to availability.
5. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products or other services.
6. This voucher is redeemable at Health Screening Centre, and not applicable for outpatient visits.
7. The CT Coronary Calcium Score may be used as an add-on test to the Essential or Premium Health Screening Package.
8. Registration fees apply, and 6% SST applies to non-Malaysians. Any further consultation, investigation, medication or treatment will be subject to additional charges.
9. Northern Heart Hospital Penang shall not be held liable for any missed appointments or incomplete screenings due to non-compliance with preparation guidelines.
10. Northern Heart Hospital Penang may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, cancel the promotion, amend operating hours, package details, or terms and conditions due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons.
11. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Northern Heart Hospital Penang shall be final and binding.
