- Results will be reported by Northern Heart Hospital’s team of cardiologists.
- Appointments must be made at least two (2) business days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Not applicable with insurance/corporate guarantee letters.
- The decision made by Northern Heart Hospital is final and non-negotiable.
